**Rich City Yoga Unlimited Plan Disclaimer** By purchasing an Unlimited Yoga Plan, you agree to the following terms: **Recurring Payments:** Unlimited Yoga Plans are subscription-based and include recurring payments. Payments will automatically renew according to the billing schedule of your selected plan and will continue until the plan expires, reaches the end of its commitment term, or is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. **Commitment Plans:** 3-month and 6-month plans require a commitment for the full term selected. Cancelling a recurring payment does not automatically cancel any remaining contractual commitment or payment obligations. **Monthly Plans:** Month-to-month plans may be cancelled before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Previously processed payments are non-refundable. **Class Schedule:** Class times, instructors, formats, locations, and availability are subject to change without notice. Rich City Yoga reserves the right to add, remove, reschedule, or modify classes at any time. **Class Cancellations:** If a class you have registered for is cancelled or significantly changed, reasonable notice will be provided by email when possible. Rich City Yoga is not responsible for inconvenience caused by schedule changes or cancellations. **Reservations & Attendance:** Classes may require advance registration and are subject to capacity limits. An Unlimited Plan does not guarantee a spot in any particular class. Members are responsible for cancelling reservations they cannot attend and may be subject to applicable no-show or late-cancellation policies. **No Refunds:** Membership fees and payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused classes, missed classes, or unused portions of a membership do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions. **Plan Changes:** Rich City Yoga reserves the right to modify pricing, plan terms, policies, class offerings, and membership options. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and may affect future renewals. **Cancellation by Rich City Yoga:** Rich City Yoga reserves the right to cancel or terminate a membership at any time for violations of these terms, misuse of the facility or services, inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or other reasonable grounds. Where appropriate, notice will be provided. By purchasing this plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms and the Rich City Yoga membership policies.
